Public Farmer's Day or Kisan Diwas is noticed each year on December 23, which is the birth commemoration of the fifth Prime Minister of India, Choudhary Charan Singh.

On the event of the birth commemoration of previous Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh which is commended as National Farmers' Day (Kisan Diwas), Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday stretched out his good tidings to the ranchers of the country.
